The Executive Chairman, Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Motuntayo Gbadebo -Alogba, on Thursday, conducted on site monitoring and inspection of the ongoing construction of a block of classrooms at the Methodist Primary School, Oke Eletu, Ijede LCDA.
The intervention project which commenced in September, is part of her administration’s efforts in expanding existing infrastructure and addressing the increasing demand for conducive learning spaces.
The project consists of a block of six classrooms with toilet facilities.

The council has recently completed perimetre fence round the school to enhance the security of the school environment.
During the inspection, Hon. Gbadebo-Alogba expressed satisfaction with the quality and pace of the work done.
“This initiative is in fulfillment of my promise to construct additional classrooms, as education remains a cornerstone of my administration,” she said.
She added that her administration is committed to the advancement of education in Ijede LCDA.
